Basically, balanced diet, vitamin C and E are highly beneficial in averting wrinkles and expression lines. Food items rich in fatty acids like papaya and almonds help in attaining glowing and healthy skin. Proper physical exercise is necessary not only for good health but also for healthy skin. Although sun screen lotions are helpful to protect your skin but over use of makeup especially sleeping with makeup coated face is beauty destructive. I’ll try to share some natural and homemade beauty recipes based on chemical free ingredients:-</p>
<p>To give a soft texture to a rough skin, apply orange juice.<br />
To remove wrinkles apply a mixture of cabbage juice and pure honey.<br />
To remove black spots and wound/pimple scars, apply paste of sandal wood and honey.<br />
Apply mixture of tomato juice and lemon juice to give a radiant look to the face.<br />
Acne can be eliminated by applying fresh garlic juice on it and wait for 20 minutes to wash it off.<br />
Prepare a paste of oatmeal honey and egg white by rinsing with warm water and apply on black heads. Wait for 20 minutes to wash it off with fresh water.</p>
<p><strong>Apply wheat flour blend</strong> with water to cure oily skin and wash it off with cold water after 25 minutes. </p>
<p><strong>Apply a paste of ripe banana</strong> and one teaspoonful of pure honey on face. It is effective for skin moisturizing and tightening. Wait for 20 minute to wash it off.</p>
<p><strong>Rinse reetha, tulsi and hibicus</strong> leaves in water overnight and rinse hair with the liquid to eliminate dandruff and promote long hairs.</p>
<p><strong>Drink at least 8 large</strong> glasses of water to keep skin hydrated and prevent dryness.</p>

Take oats, honey, yogurt and ground almonds and prepare a mixture. Apply this mixture on your face, and then wash your face with lukewarm water after 10 minutes.</p>

Cucumber is a well-known cleanser. Take cucumber juice and milk in equal quantity, prepare mixture and apply it on your face as cleanser.</p>
<p><strong>Beauty Tip-4</strong><br />
Best for oily skin. 1 cup cocoa, 9 teaspoons of heavy cream, 1 cup of ripe papaya, ¾ cup of honey and 9 tea spoons of oatmeal powder. Prepare a mixture of all above ingredients. Apply on your face, keep it on for 15 minutes and than wash your face with warm water.</p>
<p><strong>Beauty Tip-5</strong><br />
Best for oily skin. Take grapes juice, lemon juice and an egg white in  equal quantity, prepare mixture and apply on your face. Wait for 20 minutes and then wash it off with warm water. Lemon as cleanser, grapes as skin softener and egg for skin tightening works the best. Don’t worry if you feel skin tingling during use.</p>
<p><strong>Beauty Tips-6</strong><br />
Not for dry skin. Cut a lemon in two parts and rub it gently all over the face. Wait for 20 minutes before washing it out  with cold water. It is best for skin refreshment.</p>
<p><strong>Beauty Tips-7</strong><br />
For dry skin. Dry skin needs moisturizing more as compared to oily and normal skin. For this purpose, mix honey vegetable oil and lemon in equal quantity. Apply this mixture on your face for 10 minutes and them wash it off with cold water.</p>
<p><strong>Beauty Tip-8 </strong><br />
Very simple for all skins. Take honey and milk to prepare mixture. Apply this mixture on your face and wait for 25 minutes to wash it off with normal water.</p>

Take a slice of pumpkin, an egg yolk and milk equally to prepare mixture. Apply this mixture as face mask and wait for 30 minutes before washing it off with normal water.</p>

<h1>17 tips for healthy hair and skin</h1>

- Use cleansers at night to remove make up and dirt before using a face wash.</p>
<p>- Use sunscreen everyday even if you are indoors &#8211; the sun&#8217;s UVA rays come through windows too and contribute to aging, pigmenting and tanning. Ideally, sunscreen should be applied every three hours.</p>
<p>- Sunscreen should have an SPF of 30 or more. SPF is the degree of protection against UVB rays, hence sunscreen must have UVA protection as well. The usual UVA protection ingredients are Avobenzone, Titanium dioxide, Zinc oxide, Mexoryl and Tinosorb.</p>
<p>- Make up products like foundations, mineral powders and compacts do not have adequate sun protection.</p>
<p>- Indian skin tends to tan and pigment easily and patchily. There is a very thin line between tanning and pigmentation. If your tan hasn&#8217;t gone in 4-6 weeks, see a dermatologist.</p>
<p>- It is advisable to use mild skin lightening creams as prevention. Look for botanical ingredients like Arbutin, Bearberry, Licorice, Mulberry, Ginseng, Gingko, Emblica, Turmeric &#8211; curcuma, Grapeseed and vitamins like C and A, and Niacinamide.</p>
<p>- Aging can be intrinsic, i.e. genetic, and can be delayed by exercise and, to a lesser extent, through diet. Extrinsic factors include increased UV intensity, increased pollution as well as stress. All these factors tend to dry the skin and make it more prone to pigmentation and aging. Hence it is important to start caring for your skin in your teens.</p>
<p>- Extrinsic factors produce Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS), which are naughty oxygen molecules that damage the cells and make them age faster. Anti-oxidants neutralise these ROS.</p>
<p>- At night, use a moisturiser with an age-protecting agent.</p>
<p>- For younger skin, look for ingredients with antioxidants like vitamins C, E or a whole range of botanicals like green tea, grapeseed or pomegranate extract, curcumin, etc. You might also like to look out for the following: Genistein, ECGC, Resveratrol, Idebenone and Coenzyme Q10 or CoQ10.</p>
<p>- Kitchen ingredients like fruits do not work.</p>
<p>- For older skin, look for the following ingredients: peptides, vitamin A and derivatives like retinol and other retinoids, Alpha, beta and polyhydroxy acids.</p>
<p>- Exfoliation should be done with extreme caution and only with modern bead exfoliators. Avoid granular scrubs as these tend to damage the skin microscopically, which can lead to slow, insidious and patchy darkening.</p>

On  different people, freckles may vary somewhat in color — they may be  reddish, yellow, tan, light brown, brown, or black — but they are  basically slightly darker than the surrounding skin. Freckles are due to an increase in the amount of dark pigment called <em>melanin </em>and are not due to an increase in the total number of  pigment-producing cells called <em>melanocytes.</em></p>

SUN BLOCK<br />
